Delivering quickly to a fast-moving restaurant
Chung Ying Central is part of a long-established chain of three Chinese restaurants in Birmingham City Centre. They have a variety of print requirements and often need orders turned around in a tight time frame. Since using Precision Imaging they have been able to get their leaflets, POS prints, menus and pop-up banners delivered extremely quickly whilst remaining confident that quality will not be compromised.
Chung Ying was the catalyst for the development of China Town, an area which has developed into one of the most popular parts of Birmingham. This rich history places the restaurant as one of the City’s most well-known and best loved.
By using traditional cooking methods, the food served incorporates all the authentic flavours from Hong Kong. Chung Ying has managed to achieve the balance of appealing to the full breadth of the public, whilst still maintaining its strong and treasured links to the Chinese community.
Before Chung Ying began to use Precision for its print, they were often frustrated at how long it would take for printed items to arrive, and often they would receive orders in dribs and drabs. The colour reproduction would fail to meet expectations and they used lots of different printers without ever being truly satisfied.
A big plus with Precision was the consistency across the different printed media, from laminated posters for their A-boards, to menus for their restaurants and pop-up banners for events. They frequently had problems with their A-board posters going missing and the team at Precision could always create new ones very quickly, sometimes sending them in a taxi to ensure they arrived same day with minimum inconvenience to the Chung Ying team.
As the relationship has developed, Chung Ying’s business has gone from strength to strength, with recent accolades including, Chamber of Commerce Venue of the year – 2015, Birmingham’s Best Restaurant – 2016, Businessman of the Year – 2016.
